WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a television cord hanging down and accessible to children in the infant room.This licensor observed a cord from the music box handing down and was accessible to children in the preschool room. This licensor observed cords from the Television and from the cords wrapped arround a tall plant in the school-age room which is used right now for the preschool kids was accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed items on the half walls in the rooms, on the half walls through the halls in the front by the office, and by the sink on the wall for the infant and toddlers that pose as a hazard or a risk if they fall off or tip over on a child.
